all I can say to all of the athlete’s out there is to never take sports for granted. you never know when your last game, practice or play will be. or how long it will be until you step on the court again. so go hard. every game, every practice and every rep.

almost 9 months post my first surgery, 3 months post my second surgery and i ran today. it’s not much but slow progress is still progress. can’t wait to see where im at in 9 more months..hopefully on the court
