Two dogs have sadly died following a house fire in Telford yesterday (Thursday). Crews were called around 5.40pm but despite their best efforts the Collie and Jack Russell passed away. Our sympathies go to the family for the loss of their pets. More here shropshirefire.gov.uk/news/telford-h…

A busy few weeks for us at Cleobury with a total of 33 call outs since the 1st August! Incidents have varied from: Fire in Opens RTC’s House Fires Large Animal Recuse A big shout out to SFRS Control for taking calls and mobilising appliances in a busy period for all crews! 🚒

What a couple of days at @ukro2022 the past couple of days! A lot learned to hopefully take back to stations and use in training and incidents!

📟 16:13 Crews were alerted to a Chimney Fire. On arrival crews found smoke starting to come through the roof tiles, so an assistance message was sent. We were supported by Ludlow Fire Station Crews worked hard to stop the fire spread and the fire was contained to the chimney stack. 1/2
