I never met Chuck Mangione, and I didn't know he lived in Rochester, but I met his brother Gap and his parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Mangione, and I never met better or happier people. The Mangiones were a legendary family, and Chuck was the biggest of them all. God bless his memory.
