Hello, unfortunately with all three coaches down for the count with illness, and several athletes flirting with illness as well, we’ve made the decision to cancel practice this afternoon. Please use this time to rest, work on missing assignments, & to study for finals next week.

The Frankfort swim meet scheduled for tonight has been CANCELLED.

Maddie Armstrong, Shanna Fowler, Morgan Rakestraw, and Clarissa Landrum earned an 8th place finish in the 200 Medley Relay with a time of 2:09.77.

Alyssa Frederick gave it her all and finished 13th in the 200 Freestyle with a time of 2:14.62.

Katfish seniors, Morgan Rakestraw placed 12th (2:30.21) and Maddie Armstrong 14th (2:33.98) in the 200 IM.

Katfish freshman, Shanna Fowler earned an 8th place finish in the 50 Freestyle with a time of :26.48.

Morgan Rakestraw with an 11th place finish in the 100 Fly with a time of 1:09.05.

Alyssa Frederick with a 13th place finish in the 500 Freestyle with a time of 6:12.39.

Morgan Rakestraw, Maddie Armstrong, Alyssa Frederick, and Shanna Fowler (not pictured due to her competing in the following event) with a 5th place finish in the 200 Free Relay.

Maddie Armstrong earned 12th (1:13.72) and Emma Di Stefano 16th place (1:18.19) in the 100 Backstroke.

Shanna Fowler earned a 10th place finish in the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:13.09.

Clarissa Landrum (not pictured), Emma Di Stefano, Gretchen Riggle, and Alyssa Frederick wrapped up the day for the Katfish, earning a 10th place finish in the 400 Free Relay.
