After much thought and soul searching, I've decided home hemodialysis isn't in my best interests. Guess I need to get the catheter pulled. What a waste of time and money.

I got "talked to" yesterday at my new dialysis clinic because I have a DNR/DNI status on my chart. I've been doing this since '06. I'm tired, my body's tired. If I'm gone, just let me be gone. Please.

Their other "motivator" to change my mind was: "You know your body will have lay there until the ME calls it" I said "I'll be dead. I won't care."
