Please solve this problem I have already paid both cgst & sgst paid previous final return and CMP 08 filed

Everyone is facing these issues. The Portal is dead-slow since 11:30 am today. Nothing is getting saved, 3B data is not getting saved, & each page takes a hell lot of time to populate. Wasting hours on 3B filing when it should be a 5 min job with upload/auto-populated data.
