Today, we mark 97 years since women won the right to vote in the UK! Honoring Princess Sophia Duleep Singh, a fierce suffragette who fought for equality. Her Sikh heritage and ties to the Khalsa Jatha British Isles KhalsaJatha inspired her activism.

The legacy of the Sikh martial tradition is not just history—it’s a living force of courage, loyalty, and honour. A dedicated Sikh Regiment wouldn’t divide the Army; it would strengthen it—just as it proudly did for centuries before. The time is right to honour that legacy again.
