Water is life. 💦 We built a water reservoir with a 1000 cubic meter storage capacity in Younine village, with the funding support of Germany in Lebanon 🇩🇪🇱🇧 through the German Development Bank KfW. The @ILO and #Germany’s KfW Development Bank signed a new phase of the Employment Intensive Investment Programme (EIIP) in #Jordan with a budget of €18 mil, to provide short-term jobs for Jordanians & Syrian refugees, focusing on #GreenJobs.

W/ funding from 🇩🇪 thru KfW Development Bank, 15 public hospitals were supp with PV systems & a “Sustainable Energy Strategy for the Healthcare Sector in 🇱🇧” was launched today by UNDP Lebanon w/ Ministry of Public Health - Lebanon & WHO Lebanon.
