Really disappointed by the poor service from Alpine Elements. Seems like no cash refunds for cancelled holidays anytime soon - they suggest Jan 2021! Difficult times for us all at the moment and the stress from these guys doesn't help. Advice please ABTA Martin Lewis

We have been very disappointed Alpine Elements The last communication said refund by jan 21. With refunds for customers being dealt with in order of date. Our holiday was for one week after lock down. What could they possibly have been doing? Not good enough!
