🇺🇸 Department of Commerce ruled that 🇨🇳 is wrongfully dumping #graphite active #anode material into the US. As a result, AD tariffs of 93.5% placed on AAM imports from #China, including AAM within finished lithium-ion #batteries. The total effective tariff rate for AAM is 160%.
