Time for school. Our motto is we use what we sell. Finally we have our crop off and with the help of Kevin R. Elmy, CPAg and Imperial Seed, we are planting our first official multi-species after-crop blend on our pea stubble. This is for our learning. We are leaving out 10ac checkstrip

to compare. To this point we are using less than half of the recommended N values to grow our crops, and allSAP analyses come back with adequate/high levels of N. It's our belief that using these after-crops will further the biological enhancement to reduce our N use further.

Time for a little controversy. Trying to wean ourselves off synthetics. #PurposefulTillage. Working our #AfterCrop blend in at a 1 inch depth to ensure good seed to soil contact. We will follow the progress of this and update throughout the coming weeks. Stay tuned.
