I screwed up. Brain is 🤪 Lessons learned: Keto/carnivore + yoga/meditation + strict routine works for me. Cheat days & rule bending doesn’t work for me. Also, getting distracted by other people’s journeys/rules/lifestyles isn’t helpful. Back at it, day 1, again 🙄 #bipolar

Does anyone have any recommendations for ketone monitors? I think tracking ketones for a while may be helpful for me. A bit more reassuring than just tracking keto macros with an app. I’ve seen Keto-Mojo recommended lots but I would love to hear your experiences before I buy.

Rob Montgomery One of the best breathwork techniques when feeling overwhelmed, triggered, or stressed is the P Sigh. • close your mouth • deep inhale through your nose • short inhale through your nose • exhale through your mouth • exhale with an “ahhhhh” Repeat up to 10 times.

Breathwork has been a total game changer in my mental health journey. I love meditation, but I’d suggest breathwork is a better tool for chronic stress, anxiety etc, especially if you are limited on practice time. Meditation calms me, but after breathwork I float!
