Sharon – a mother who discovered that her weight had brought her to the brink of death from heart attack. Kyle was able to work with her and allowed Sharon to lose over 40 pounds in a month and completely turn her life around. More about Sharon’s journey goo.gl/1ctzav

Wow, this is deceptive research - apparently a meat burger worsens postprandial glucose compared to a plant burger. EXCEPT: it's a meat burger with a latte and 21 grams of sugar versus a plant burger with unsweetened green tea. Oh by the way, the researchers were vegan (PCRM).

FASTING! I’ve always been told it’s “bad”. I’ve done intermittent, but never thought longer was doable, assumed I’d feel weak or sick. Well—I’m finishing up day 2, no food since Thursday. 3# down. I’m NOT HUNGRY. How amazing are our bodies? 💪What’s your experience with #fasting?

I have a good friend who is pretty fit....he told me he is considering going vegan (to prevent heart issues). I discussed, non confrontational, what I've learned in the past 60 days about glucose/heart issues. What science-based info would you present to him to sway his opinion?
