Anticipation building for the start of the Benefactors Regatta. First up is Aimee vs Hattie. The school need a victory as the Old Edwardians lead 3-0. #KES
After the first 4 races, the Old Edwardians are 3-1 up. The school need to pull something special out of the bag to win this one.
Lovely to see so many people in support of the Regatta, including K.E.S. Headmaster catching up with Paris Olympic silver medal winner, Esme Booth.
An excellent evening of racing finished in a comprehensive 7-2 victory to the powerful Old Edwardians team, taking the score to an unassailable 4-0 lead. Lovely to see so many of them back.
A really competitive fixture at the Benefactors' Hockey, with some fantastic play from both teams on show. A strong and experienced Old Edwardians squad eventually sealed victory, 3-2, taking the series to 5-1, after the netballers won convincingly, with just rugby to play.
The influx of quality players in Year 12 to add to an already strong Year 13 group, meant the netballers sealed an impressive 55-10 win over the Old Edwardians
What an amazing event to mark the culmination of the Benfactors' Series, with the rugby players beating the Old Edwardians 24-6. A fantastic atmosphere and great turn out added to the occasion. Thank you Nick B Images for the photos and to all who supported the events this week.
