I could go into numerous policy arguments as to why Kamala Harris is a better choice for president than Donald Trump. But that is all secondary to this. If you are aware of the above and still vote for Trump, I honestly just live in a different moral universe than you.

The best way to get the most out of someone is to make them feel secure enough where they can take risks and fail. Most of us don't reach our potential because we default to protective mode. Threatening & demanding makes us protect further. Security and belonging frees us up.

Rule in coaching: You can't BS people. You either care or you don't. And the athletes will know.
