If you are worried about starting poultry farming, you can start as small as 100 chicks and learn from there. The most important inputs are: 🔗Chicken house 🔗Feeds and water 🔗Vaccination 🔗Temperature and Ventilation Control. #Avian🐓🐓

The beauty with poultry is that, once you take good care of the ladies, they reciprocate the care for 2 years. Each bird giving you 12 to 14 trays in that period. Poultry is a lucrative venture 💯

At our farm, we utilize pig manure to cultivate maize and soybeans for pig feed in an integrated farming practice. This approach boosts soil fertility while recycling nutrients and reducing waste. We are establishing a sustainable cycle that benefits the entire farming system.

Mortality rates in broilers: ▪︎The normal mortality rates in broilers are 1-5% depending on the time at which you sell broilers. ▪︎Your chicks supplier will always give you extra chick to cover 2% mortality. ▪︎Do your chicks supplier provide you with extra chicks??
