Mechanistically, RMC-7977 is a molecular glue. It directly binds Cyclophilin A, a large, abundant chaperone protein, causing it to selectively bind to KRAS, HRAS, and NRAS. The related investigational agent RMC-6236 is in Phase 1 and 2 clinical trials. media.giphy.com/media/v1.Y2lkP…
