2 years ago I was in Kyiv having an amazing weekend. We are at the Obolon Arena watching brilliant football. It’s heartbreaking to see that there is fighting and war there today. I can’t get my head round it. Just hoping somehow all those innocent people are ok. It’s harrowing.

Our C2C Competition has drawn to a close and it has been great to deliver the winners their prizes of a Prime Rib of Beef. Visitors to the Royal Welsh Winter Fair, Balmoral Show & Royal Highland show were invited to a sensory panel to taste samples of steak and provide feedback.

We were delighted to host students from Teagasc Kildalton College last week at our site in Grannagh where they walked the supply chain and received a talk to further their knowledge on the process from farm to fork!

Recently we hosted a visit for the Young Farmers Clubs of Ulster (YFCU) at our Dungannon site. The evening compromised of a company and site presentation and a carcass display, followed by a live demonstration in the lairage focused on selecting lambs for slaughter. #YFCU
