This morning I joined Indianapolis OPHS, IMPD, Indianapolis City-County Council, and community partners in observing October as #DVAM2022. During this observation, we highlighted programs and resources dedicated to assisting Marion County residents experiencing domestic violence.

I was thrilled to join Indy Parks🌲, Indianapolis City-County Council, and the Martindale Brightwood community this morning to break ground on a new $20m family center at Frederick Douglass Park. This major upgrade is made possible by our Circle City Forward Initiative.

Glad to join Madam Walker Legacy Center, Indy Arts Council, Indiana Humanities, Indy Cultural Trail, Indiana Destination Development Corporation to unveil a new mural dedicated to the legendary Madam C.J. Walker in downtown Indianapolis.

Today I joined Indianapolis City-County Council, IMPD, Downtown Indy Alliance + more to announce a major investment in public safety, cleanliness, and outreach for Downtown Indianapolis. This 18-month strategy will ensure Downtown remains welcoming for all families, residents, and visitors.
