I'm back, my vacation from twitter ended up being longer than what I thought it actually was. I have been having a hard time with physically keeping up with things. I also get to run the first session of my new D&D campaign tomorrow.

Although I was only live for about an hour or so it was fun for me

I started wearing my shoulder bag again recently. I wear my shoulder bag to remember to take care of myself. I keep all my important self care items in it from my wallet to my meds. Remember that your health is important so take care of yourself even if it just small steps.
