Since when has calling a police officer “ f++king stupid and white” not been an offence? Clearly when it’s said by Sam Kerr, the Chelsea footballer who is of colour. Had a white footballer said of a young PC you are “ f++king stupid and black” I can’t believe there wouldn’t
