Anyone read any good books lately?I read a court of thorn and roses and loved it.I'm currently reading kidnapped and frostheart.

Dna family secrets on bbc 2 is really interesting.i have a big family so if I had my Dna tested,a lot of cousins would be found especially in the Durham area as my mum is the 2nd youngest of 9 and her oldest brother had 9 children too.

I wasn't a fan of pride and prejudice by Jane Austen when I read it but after watching a program called in Jane austen's footsteps,I'm willing to give it another try.

It's Matthew's 13th birthday today.he's having a relaxing day.

I watched about the first 2 seasons of white collar before losing track of it.I now have 6 seasons to watch before it comes off Netflix next month.I'll have to binge watch

For my 40th birthday this November,I've set myself the challenge of reading 40 books from the year of my birth to this year. So it has turned out to be 41.some books will be books from my local library,Mansfield library and some will be ones I have at home. 11 read, 30 to go.

the last episode i remember watching of neighbours was when doug willis died. it was around the 90s when i last fully watched it.but i'm watching the final episode tonight.to all the cast and crew,whatever you decide to do next,good luck.

The last episode of neighbours was lovely. It's sad it's ended but what a good way to end it.

It's my 40th today so I treated myself to a millionaires shortbread and a caramel latte at my local library cafe this morning then I met a friend at the library cafe this afternoon who treated me to a cappuccino and the ladies at the cafe treated me to a mince pie and Belgian bun

i got a £25 wh smith giftcard for my birthday on monday so of course i spent it on books. i ordered all 3 books of the loop trillogy by ben oliver.i borrowed them from the library and loved them.

If you haven't already watched it,I highly recommend a program on talking pictures tv called the footage detectives. I watched my first episode earlier and loved it. It's really interesting.

I'm happy that Father brown's back on bbc1. I was watching the top 25 detectives on itv and father Brown wasn't on there. Should of been in the top 10 at least.

Loved the first episode of the tv version of the podcast uncanny but oh my god I wasn't expecting a woman's face to suddenly come on the screen at the end.
