Update: We’ve signed a memorandum of understanding with Novavax to produce vaccines here at home. Pending approval from Health Canada and PHAC, tens of millions of doses of Novavax’s COVID-19 vaccine will be made at the NRC Canada’s new Royalmount facility in Montreal.

Today I got AstraZeneca vaccine at Shoppers Drug Mart in my riding. I’m confident it’s safe, effective and will protect me. I had no worries as it’s Health Canada approved. The only side effect is relief and pure joy! When it’s your turn, get whatever vaccine is available to you.
