Each year at the NBA trade deadline, there are teams with plenty of space under the luxury tax. These teams would do well to use this “space” before they lose it. For Spotrac I looked at CLE, MEM, MIN, NOP, NYK & SAC and why it’s time to add some salary: spotrac.com/research/NBA/n…
