#VNSL2023 starting to feel like last season when Wasps Netball announced a squad late that never looked like being a playoffs team. Hoped this year wouldn't be a repeat but not looking good so far.

#VNSL2023 disappointing that we still have teams we know virtually nothing about apart from players who have left.

Some great performances by GB riders in the Euro Track Champs today but my favourite was Sophie Capewell to get that bronze after the fall in the semi. Brilliant ride. Well done Sophie.

Good to see live netball Loughborough Lightning Netball v Surrey Storm although a little disappointed that the scoreline wasn't closer. Great to see so many former Wasps players and staff involved in this match.

Great trip to Worcester for Severn Stars NSL against @celticdragons_ Was great to see a number of ex Wasps. Great venue and enjoyed the match but disappointed 1 or 2 "interesting" umpire decisions made the scoreline more emphatic than it should have been

Went to see Frozen The Musical last night. Amazing show. Stunning performances by Samantha Barks and all the cast. Great scenery and effects. Time flew. May have to go again before the run finishes.
