This may be one of my favourite shoulder exercises for golfers ๐โณ๏ธ๐ช Big shoulder external rotation focus which is ๐ in the golf swing itself๐๏ธโโ๏ธ You certainly donโt need much weight but you should feel it light up the shoulders and help bulletproof them ๐ Donโt have a bench?
