You don't, because someone else's weight has nothing to do with you.

Cutting people off isn’t about hate or jealousy. Sometimes it’s just a difference in mindset. Some people lack loyalty. Some are users. Some drain your energy. Some are just two-faced. Not everyone wants to be around that.

I don't think people understand, you can literally drive someone to a point of not wanting to be bothered with you at all, on any level. Rather it's a friendship, relationship, family, it's only so much one person can take.
