A warm welcome to #Neuroinflammation23 'Neurolupus & beyond' organised by Prof David Hunt Prof David Hunt and sponsored by Medical Research Foundation. We're here in the beautiful Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh looking forward to 2 days of stimulating science & interactions with colleagues from around the UK and beyond.
Before we sign off for the holidays we wanted to share this message to all #FutureMS research participants, from the team here at the Anne Rowling Clinic & at our sites across Scotland. We are so grateful for your involvement! 🙏 Dr Niall MacDougall Prof David Hunt peter foley Patrick Kearns

Congratulations to Patrick Patrick Kearns. Super happy to be a part of this story eLife - the journal! Kearns et al., used computational algorithms to identify new structures in SARS-CoV-2 virus proteins that might explain severity of disease as well as "long COVID" doi.org/10.7554/eLife.…
New research to map immune responses to the SARS-2 virus – which caused Covid-19 – could help predict who is at risk of severe disease. Read more here: bit.ly/3Z3IL6a Patrick Kearns MRC_HGU Nick Gilbert's Lab eLife - the journal
