Lately, I've been having the WORST insomnia. I've been literally working through it, in hopes that I would fall asleep, but not happening at all. So back to my spreadsheets and emails I go! Thank goodness for "scheduled send" else the timestamps on email would be atrocious!

Customer service/support with fitbit was wonderful before the Google acquisition. Not Fitbit Support is impossible to reach via chat or call and the devices are getting worse. What tracking devices are folks loving with equivalent metrics that are NOT Apple watch?

Phenomenal news! However issues still exist. 1. Taxis need to actually stop for people in wheelchairs. 2. Drivers need to keep the vehicles free from excess stuff to accommodate the wheelchair. 3. Some should side load vs rear load for larger wheelchairs. bit.ly/4g3W3FH

It's wild to me that Astound would prefer a customer of 18 yrs go to another provider instead of lowering my bill to match their competitor's pricing or even their own new customer pricing for that matter. $0 < $205/month Spectrum you're about to get a new customer.

Update is that the social media team Astound can't help & suggests I contact customer service that I already spoke to yesterday for 1.5 hrs where Rich, a supervisor, told me he can't do anything for me. I'm sure Spectrum would have my new service started already.

This morning after updating my Gmail app, there is now a G3mini icon where the search magnifying glass once was. According to Google there is no way to remove Gemini from my Google Workspace inbox on my Android app. I find this unacceptable. I should be able to decide!

As I sit in NYC traffic once again on this Thursday morning, I'm still waiting on factual results, from someone other than MTA or Gov Hochul, that congestion pricing is actually reducing traffic. Based on my experiences, it's not.

Question: What makes an all-staff meeting (on Zoom) good in your opinion? Specifics please - e.g. I hear updates from every department I wouldn’t know, we have a guest speaker once a quarter, junior staff present, etc. Looking forward to your thoughts!

Why doesn't Google Maps include NYC Ferry directions in NYC? So weird in 2025. More people would ride the ferry, if those directions were included as options. The ferry is the best way to travel! We need more routes crossing the East River -- not just 34th St and Pier 11.
