Open access British Journal of Sports Medicine (BJSM) new paper adds to lit that rehab just as good as a scope for degenerative meniscus tears. I have two going right now - they're doing fine, it seems to come down to the person and if they can accept the stiffness/aches associated. bjsm.bmj.com/content/59/2/9…
