As October comes to a close, so does Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but the message doesn’t stop here. It is more than a hashtag; it’s a habit, a reminder to care for ourselves and the people we love. Keep talking about it. Keep learning. Keep checking. Together, we save lives.🎗️

Bleaching your skin won’t make you more beautiful. It will only damage your glow and health. Your natural color tells your story, so embrace it and shine the way you were meant to. 🖤#healthyliving #healthtips #skin #skincare #skingoals #skinhealth #skintreatment #skinfade

⚠️ Thinking of taking agbo or herbal concoctions to “cleanse” your blood? Your organs—liver, kidneys , and spleen —are already doing the heavy lifting! Agbo might sound natural 🌿, but it can hurt more than it helps. Let your body’s built-in cleaning squad do its job!💪🏿

I'm trying hard to pretend like I don't care that Nigeria did not qualify for the world cup but my chest is paining me like mad. Why's the national team so pathetic? If we always struggle to qualify playing African teams, then we actually have no business in the world cup. Sad.

🚫🖐🏿💧 Stop giving babies under 6 months water! Breast milk is 80% water and has all the nutrients they need. Even a little water can harm tiny tummies. I did a 5th-year med school project on Exclusive Breastfeeding and the science says; water harms, breast milk protects.👶💛🤱🏽

PCOS isn’t the same for everyone, so giving blanket instructions to avoid birth control can mislead people and even put them at risk. The right choice comes from a proper conversation with a clinician, not from generalised advice online.

🚫📱 Babies under 2 should have ZERO screen time! According to WHO and AAP, little eyes and developing brains need real-world interaction, not screens. 🍼👶 Start healthy habits early. Play, talk, and explore with your baby instead of screens!

Vaping is not as harmless as it looks 🚭 One pod can contain as much nicotine as twenty cigarettes 😳 Nicotine affects the developing brain, irritates the lungs and can pull you into addiction before you even realise it. Protect your lungs🫁 and brain🧠

🚫 Waist trainers are a total scam! They don’t give permanent results and can actually harm your body. Focus on healthy habits, not quick fixes. #Health

EBF protects babies in more ways than people realise. It reduces the risk of neonatal infections including sepsis. Hot days, formula feeding or constipation are not reasons to give water. Breast milk already contains the right amount of water and electrolytes a baby needs. #EBF

Childbirth can change in minutes. Home delivery may feel natural, but hospitals give you skilled attendants, equipment, and a chance to survive emergencies. Protect yourself and your baby. #HospitalDelivery #MaternalHealth #SafeBirth
