Hope y’all have enjoyed the sweat fest of this year’s Power Hour! As a reminder, we are going into next week to make up for the snow week. After the last class next Thursday (3/21) we will have a celebratory party at 7:45pm at a location TBD!

The location has been set for next week’s 2019 Power Hour celebration event. Conroy’s will host us after Thursday’s (the final session) Power Hour. We plan to see all your lovely faces at 7:45pm. Appetizers and your first drink will be provided by KC Multisport.
