Mi padre desapareció durante 3 días. Yo tengo 40. Él 68. Nunca había pasado. Nunca se iba sin avisar. Mi mamá estaba desesperada. —Algo le pasó —repetía. Llamamos a hospitales. A amigos. A familiares. Nada. Al tercer día volvió. Como si nada. —¿Dónde estabas? —le pregunté.

The reason why people have reacted emotionally to all the profound statements made by the astronauts and the photographs is because we are not seeing science, basic human decency, intelligence, humanity being center stage absolutely nowhere in the world atm. Even a pandemic

The stunning photos of the Moon have been inspiring, but right up there is the amazing character of our astronauts. They just seem like some of the kindest people and I’m happy to see good-hearted people be our ambassadors to the galaxy. They are the best of us.
