Well today after a years wait Aidan finally started the road to recovery but he finally went into surgery to remove the Oesteo Oedema (tumour) in the end of his femur. Staying in as they can’t control the pain, so brave 💕

10 days out from his big operation and Aidan Smith decides to follow his dreams and enter his first strongman competition. Such determination and resilience placing 2nd in deadlift and stone to shoulder, 4th in log and 5th overall against older and more experienced strongmen.

So proud of Aidan Smith 3 days post hip operation and he’s just done the stairs at his Aunties house 💕

Finally!!!! A positive visit to hospital. 7 weeks post operation and he’s off crutches. Allowed to drive and can start his re-load and get back in the gym. Five more weeks before he is allowed back to work but finally feeling positive 😊💪🏻⚽️

The master and his apprentice 💕 To witness Luke come back from some many injuries and qualify for Worlds strongest man on his first attempt makes me so proud. He is a true inspiration and Aidan couldn’t wish for a better coach 💕

Whoohoooo!!!!! A fantastic email has just arrived for Aidan 💪🏻 He’s been invited to compete at the UK and Irelands Natural Strongman comp. All his hard work for Englands did pay off - so proud of him!
