When you have a difficult, disrespectful, and defiant student, my biggest tip for you… is to have lots of conversations with them when they are not in trouble. These conversations are where you build rapport… and that rapport makes future confrontations less likely.

You can transform your school’s culture for FREE. It doesn’t cost anything to focus on the kids. It doesn’t cost anything to collaborate. And it doesn’t cost anything to keep a positive attitude.

Dragon Nation, we are coming together to aid our neighbors in Waverly. Some of our very own were affected by the flooding. If you would like to help, you may drop off any of the listed items at our front office before 3pm tomorrow. WDKN will be carrying the supplies to Waverly.

You have a choice today. You can complain about things you can't control or you can control what you can control and let go of what you can't. You can focus on your problems or focus on getting better. You can look for an excuse or you can look within and find your best.
