We just ordered a red light therapy device. I'm not expecting miracles but it will be interesting to see if we notice any difference in our well-being.

whatever you do, please don't eat microwave popcorn or anything that needs to be heated and has a plastic coating on the inside. They don't tell you this but plastics aren't designed to withstand microwave heat. You will be eating a lot of that plastic.
