On the phone with an insurance company, Patient needs an antibiotic for bacteremia, the one recommended wasn't covered. The insurance person starts arguing with me, saying this other covered formulation was just fine, why can't we use that?! Me: "MA'AM THAT IS AN EAR DROP"

Guess I'll be hanging out with this guy for a while :)
