For what it’s worth....

Why isolation may feel hard. Your brain knows it’s the sensible thing to do. Your guts yearn for contact so you’re split. You need to engage and willpower to do the right thing. Especially hard for teenagers coz their guts are screaming, depart from fam, find own tribe then MATE.
