Education is not teacher centered or even student centered, but it is relationship centered. Teachers thrive with positive admin relationships & students thrive with positive teacher relationships. Relationships are the foundation of education.

The most important factor for student success in the classroom is the teacher. So, when we hear to do what's best for the kids, that actually means to value, support, and appreciate teachers. Morale greatly impacts teaching/ learning.

Admin, make sure your teachers aren’t pouring from an empty cup. Help keep their cups filled with encouragement, support, appreciation, patience and kindness. Because that’s what you want them pouring into their students' cups too.
