THIS IS WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT! Cadets from 158 (Braintree & District) and 1207 (Maldon) Sqn’s took to the skies to enjoy the thrill of flying this week! The cadets flew with 5 Air Experience at RAF Wittering, and clearly had a great time!

It was a privilege to be invited back to my old RAF Air Cadets squadron 414 Epping Squadron, with my longstanding friend Gp Capt James Sjoberg. We spoke about the great opportunities available in the Cadets, the RAF & the aviation industry. So many enthusiastic cadets & dedicated volunteers.

The very first MP I ever interviewed. I knew I had the bug for politics and journalism then. He had a directness and charisma that came across in my edit. He truly loved his constituency.
