20 weeks of growing the little gal

I miss sleeping on my back and it’s only been 3 days. But it’s been 20 weeks of not sleeping on my tummy which was hard enough. Gimme my back back 😭

You see so many posts of people being like pregnancy is so lonely no one checks in on you. Every single person I am friends with checks in on me. I have chosen my people well, I have no idea what this “isolating” feeling is because I’ve been surrounded by love and support.. 🫶🏼

How many times have a cried for no reason in pregnancy? Zero How many times have i cried in the 3rd trimester because GD is insane and so hard to manage? Multiple.

i immediately go silent when something upsets or hurts me. it's a coping mechanism i have developed over time. instead of expressing my anger or frustration, i simply withdraw and try to process my emotions in private.
