Extraordinary intervention by Harriet Harman, who wants costs to be excluded from the AD debate. 300 people a day die without the palliative care they need. That’s the reality of costs in this debate - because we refuse to fund palliative care for all. It’s unforgivable.

As someone that is pro-assisted dying, within a narrow and highly regulated scope with safeguards, it’s very interesting to me that a lot (?the majority) of palliative care physicians are opposed, and we need to hear the reasons why and take this very seriously in consideration.

Men: you know you ask why women don't come forward? Because this is still considered a valid media defence strategy. Also, lads, it is time to pipe up if you saw something. Of course, it didn't 'happen to you'. It wouldn't. But the voices of women appear not to count.

The day they voted for assisted suicide. 👇 Palliative care for children and adults is largely delivered by charities we cannot guarantee will definitely be there when you need it. The merciful government would fund hospices and hospice care at home before anything else.

This is appalling. I bet the reporter was so pleased with themselves when they wrote that. Bring back subs. Sunderland Echo making a joke out of domestic abuse.

In 2010 French police arrested Dominique for upskirting and didn't inform Gisele. They then misplaced his DNA sample, despite it matching a 1999 violent attempted rape. In 2011 Dominique started drugging and raping Gisele. She could have been spared. theguardian.com/world/2024/dec…

On February 26 the England cricket team will play Afghanistan. WHY? Are England men happy to validate a regime which denies women all human rights from education to simply walking in a park? Now the Taliban are cracking down even on women going online. Boycott the ICC.
