Chike: As a president, how would you influence & shape (leapfrog) innovation in your region? Are there unique or valuable local insights & conditions that may shape adoption/innovation of new tech & markets? What's on yr radar? #aah18

When we see a graph showing rising GDP, we must understand that this does not represent livelihoods, or well-being, or access to the things we need to flourish. Instead, it represents the quantity of nature and human life that has been roped into circuits of capital accumulation.

Please practice peripheral vision. Mostly we get into focus mode and look ahead, but then we miss what is moving in the background or periphery. What, outside your usual frames of reference, is changing that will impact your focus area?

Congrats to Jetstar Airways for big #uxfail / re #covid! Sends email advising to urgently "manage booking" > "view options" for refund; only, path doesn't exist. 😒 Ask Jess? #fail .. no booked flights linked to our account! Given "long wait times" for calls, what're we to do? 🤦‍♀️

Kathryn Ananda (@kathrynananda) 's Twitter Profile Photo

thanksfully by ignoring the actual instructions and clicking the links from the email (we'd had different devices before) we got there. but the ux issues are defs frustrating. will follow up soon. thnx
