🇬🇧🇺🇸 Texas is the second-largest state by size of economy, with a GDP of £1.9tn in 2022. ✍️Today the UK signed a new trade pact with Texas – our most economically significant with an individual US state. We have now signed state-level pacts boasting a combined GDP of £5.3tn.

Our 8th trade MoU with a US state was signed today alongside Texas Governor Greg Abbott! Texas has a GDP of nearly £2tn (bigger than 🇪🇸🇦🇷🇸🇪) & our trade in goods was worth over £14bn in 2023. This new cooperation will help us take our trade relationship to the next level⬆️
