This month we are celebrating people who take change into their own hands! Meet Charlotte, aged 10, who is studying for her SATs in the UK. She wrote to Education Secretary Gillian Keegan to tell her exactly how being tested and measured on spelling makes her feel.

Like many dyslexic kids in school, Charlotte's dyslexic strengths are not measured by the exam system yet they are the very skills that future workplaces need. It's time for our government to take notice of the effect an outdated exam system is having on the minds of the future.
