I really need to visit my son in Thailand in January, I’ve mistakenly booked flights from Krabi to Chiangmai when they should be the other way round. lastminute.com are really unhelpful I’m so stressed and would be happy to pay an adjustment fee to change them.
just want some good customer service not emails that you can't reply to, or phone lines that charge 13p per minute. Please could you just give me a refund so I can re-book to see my son lastminute.com
