Hi Skinnydip London can someone help please. Placed an order with you 3 weeks ago. Hermes have lost parcel and admitted it. No one is getting back to me from SkinnyDip regarding a refund or replacement. All emails ignored so far.
Been waiting 13 weeks for a part from Marshall Audi three times the date has been changed. MOT now cancelled and car can’t be used! Complaints team useless. This is an absolute joke. No help whatsoever from you. This needs to be taken further - disgusting customer service.
Yet again Marshall Audi Audi are ignoring their customers. Yet again no one calls to inform us that the part has been delayed AGAIN. You’re ignoring DMs. The date we’ve been given now will now be the FIFTEENTH week we have been waiting. Are you going to pay for public transport?
Are you going to pay for taxis Marshall Audi that are needed because we now don’t have a car? Are you going to do anything except expect us to sit and wait and be misinformed constantly? Our car is now sitting on the drive un drivable. This is outrageous. 15 weeks for a part!!!!
Who can I complain to Marshall Audi that will actually care what is being said. Please don’t tell me it will be “looked into” because it isn’t. And hasn’t been. Your garage is disgraceful.
