Been waiting 13 weeks for a part from Marshall Audi three times the date has been changed. MOT now cancelled and car can’t be used! Complaints team useless. This is an absolute joke. No help whatsoever from you. This needs to be taken further - disgusting customer service.

Are you going to pay for taxis Marshall Audi that are needed because we now don’t have a car? Are you going to do anything except expect us to sit and wait and be misinformed constantly? Our car is now sitting on the drive un drivable. This is outrageous. 15 weeks for a part!!!!

Appalling customer service from Audi. Now being told the part isn’t even made - 14 weeks after taking our money. No compensation offered. Nothing they can do. So we have an #audi that we can’t drive, no MOT and sorn. With NO offer of help to find out what is happening.
