We live in a small village in Clare. We have a Ukrainian lady and her 12 year old son staying with us over 2 weeks now. The other day she asked me if everyone around here knows that they are Ukrainian, because everyone smiles and says hello like they've known her for years.

Today on PICU, we put up the Christmas tree, made decorations for the tree & made cards for loved ones. It was a great chance for service users to be creative and engage in meaningful occupation, while encouraging social engagement!
