For the 3rd straight year, kate cahill earned Athlete of the Meet at the Central Mass Championship. Kate earned Gold medals in the Triple Jump & 100 Hurdles and a Silver in the Long Jump. Congratulations Kate! #3Peat

Congrats to Cameron.Caso who beat his own school record yesterday in the 200 meters and won Gold at the @miaa033 Division 6 State Championships held at Merrimack College. Cam ran a 22.02!

Kendall Gilmore broke her own school record she set earlier this season in the 200 meters yesterday at the MIAA Division 6 Championships. She clocked a 25.41 and earned a silver medal in the event. Congrats Kendall!

Congrats to kate cahill who won the Pentathlon yesterday with a score of 2,973 at the Division 6 State Championship yesterday. Kate also set a new school record held by Amanda Griffin from 2004. Well done Kate!

Kendall Gilmore beats her own school record by .41 to be named State Champion in the 400 meters today at the @miaa033 Division 6 Championship. Her time ranks her 4th in the state of Massachusetts! And she's ONLY a sophomore!

Gold medal for kate cahill in the 100 meter hurdles to be named State Champion at the @miaa033 Division 6 State Championship. Kate also earned bronze in the long jump. This is Kate's 2nd State Championship title this weekend after winning the Pentathlon on Thursday.

At our Athletic Awards Banquet Thursday night, kate cahill & Aidan Blood were named District E Award winners. This award goes to a graduating senior student-athlete who has exemplified: Athletic Proficiency, Scholastic Achievement, Citizenship & Sportsmanship. Congrats!

Congrats to Senior kate cahill who is the Central Mass female recipient of the Boston Globe Foundation/Richard J. Phelps Scholar-Athlete Scholarship. Kate is recognized not only for her athletic accomplishments, but also academic performance & community involvement.

SWCL ALL STAR RECOGNITIONS ARE OUT. Senior kate cahill was named 1st Team for her dominant performances this season. To note a few accomplishments: Kate was the State Pentathlon Champion, won 100 meter hurdles at the Division 6 Championships & was the SWCL Long Jump Champion

Rounding out our 1st Team nominations, to no surprise, is sophomore Kendall Gilmore. Kendall broke the school records in the 200m & 400m. She was named State Champion in the 400 at the D6 Championships. She earned silver in Long Jump & High Jump at SWCL Championships.

Congrats to Ava Cahill on earning 2nd Team All-SWCL recognition in Outdoor Track & Field. Ava participated in high jump, finished 3rd in 100 hurdles at Championships & anchored the 4x1 relay team. Congrats Ava!
