Am online to Sainsbury's trying to purchase 36 bottles of Oyster Bay for a wedding and am unable to complete card payment as saying Generic System Error. Have been on hold on phone for over 56 mins, so gave up. So guess I will take my £300+ elsewhere. Disappointed

Frustrated and disappointed that if you wish to partake in an offer with Sainsbury's that expires on the day of ordering, you will not receive the discount on the day of delivery. Sad am unable to get someone with authority to call me back, in spite of being told they would do so

Message sent to TfL at 10 am today concerned about lack of internet on the train...so messaged them...still no answer at 15.15 and surprise surprise all okay on this train. Sad, no response.

New gas smart meter installed by @BulbUK on 17 Dec 2022 and still unable to get a reading on the Bulb App, in spite of repeated requests. It also took them 12 months to get it reinstalled. Ina le to get accurate readings for over 12 months.

It would appear that @BulbUK are unable to tell me when an engineer will call to connect my Smart Gas meter to enable me to read my usage remotely. They tell me they will let me know two days before an engineer will arrive. Really? Is this how they run their business?

Fool me once @BulbUK not twice. All the time I have been emailing back and forth to get my problem resolved to who I thought was a real human being, I now realise that it was a machine replying. Feeling so disappointed with it all. No wonder nothing gets done. Colin
